John J. Seng, President and CEO, Spectrum
John J. Seng founded Spectrum in Washington, DC in 1996 to serve clients with communications needs involving products, issues, provider services and research in human health sciences. A 30-year communications veteran, Seng has worked on behalf of health advocacy organizations, medical professional societies, hospitals, health industry and government, helping to attract attention and initiate dialogue around a variety of health issues. He currently serves as a board member of the Leadership Council of the Washington metro area American Diabetes Association (ADA), previously chairing the group, and serves as the committee chair of ADA's National Capital Tour de Cure fundraiser. Also, Seng currently serves on the board of directors for the Progeria Research Foundation and is a past board member of the National Mental Health Association. He participates in the Council of Public Relations Firms as a member of the board as well as its executive committee. He has guest lectured at the University of Maryland College of Journalism and the School of Communications, and at the American University School of Communications. Seng received a B.S. degree in journalism from the University of Maryland.
Audrey Spolarich, Senior Advisor, Research
Audrey Spolarich has been extensively involved in health policy analysis and research for nearly 20 years. She has formulated and implemented public health policies and concomitant research to address specific diseases and their impact on people's ability and willingness to participate in the workforce. She has designed and developed research for social marketing campaigns serving major clients, including Fortune 100 companies. Of note, she analyzed the federal response to hepatitis C and the plans to optimize the stability of a safe and adequate blood supply. Her research has been published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, Public Health Reports and the MMWR. Spolarich received her Master's Degree in Public Affairs from University of Texas and BA Degree from Austin College, Sherman, Texas. She is a member of the board of the Osgood Center of the School for Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University.

John De Biasio joined Russell Research in 1979, a pioneer firm in the market research industry, and became a partner in 1989. Mr. De Biasio is an expert in the field of quantitative research and designs research for clients across a wide range of industries. His current clients include industry leaders and innovators such as McCann-Erickson Worldwide, Verizon Business, Intelsat, Palm Inc. and Pfizer. Mr. De Biasio received his BA and MBA from Rutgers University.
